Wendy Francis
GROW will be hosted by Wendy Francis
who is a woman with a passion for life, "Shine like stars in the universe as you hold out the Word of LIFE"
is a favourite verse from Philippians. She worships with City Tabernacle Baptist in Brisbane where her husband Peter is Senior Pastor.
She is a director of Samaritan’s Purse Australia and also enjoys her role as executive producer of the Brisbane Lord Mayors Carols in the City. (Televised nationally).
With a professional background in Management at Griffith University, and Marketing and Communications in QLD Baptists, Wendy is currently running for a seat in the Australian
Federal Senate, and running a campaign to Make Outdoor Advertising G Rated.
However, her real passions and efforts are centred on her 31 year marriage to Peter, their 3 children and spouses, and their 8 grandchildren.
Sarah Bailey
Sarah Bailey loves singing to and about Jesus
and helping others to do the same. Sarah will lead the singing at GROW. Though you have not seen him, you love him; and even though you do not see him now, you believe
in him and are filled with an inexpressible and glorious joy. 1 Peter 1:8
Sarah has been song leading for more than 15 years, has sung on numerous Emu Music albums and is involved in TWIST music conferences. She has enjoyed working with some
of Australia's premier evangelical Christian musicians and had the privilege of singing at the 10,000 seat Sydney Entertainment Centre for the sold out event with Mark
Driscoll "Burn Your Plastic Jesus".
Wife to David and mum to Joshua and Matthew. They attend Creek Road Presbyterian Church where David will be joining the staff in 2011. Coffee and chocolate feature high
on her 'to do' list - preferably with a friend!
